LN PROTECT POLICY

LN Protect Policy

The LN Protect policy is a warranty policy provided by PT Surya Mulya Indonesia for purchases made directly on the Li-Ning Studio website.
LN Protect is different from the Li-Ning Studio return policy.

Li-Ning Studio is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with the products available on our website.
Although we take great care to ensure you receive the best products, manufacturing defects may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Under the LN Protect Policy, PT Surya Mulya Indonesia will cover and replace any product that fails to function properly due to a manufacturing defect for items purchased through Li-Ning Studio.

Replacement will be made according to the following policy based on the product category:


Refurbished Products

  • Refurbished products do not have a warranty and are not eligible for replacement.


Rackets

  • Warranty Period: 3 months (90 calendar days) from the shipping date by Li-Ning Studio.

  • Covered: Only manufacturing defects on the frame, shaft, or grip.

  • Not Covered: Damage due to impact, excessive string tension, wear and tear, strings, and general usage.

  • If there is any indication of physical damage that could compromise the structural integrity of the racket frame, Li-Ning Studio will not replace it under LN Protect.

  • Additionally, Li-Ning Studio is not responsible for rackets strung by external (non-Li-Ning/pro stringing) services.

  • Note: If the claim is approved and a replacement is processed, the replacement racket will be sent without strings. If the originally ordered racket is unavailable, we will send a racket of equivalent value and similar specifications at our discretion.

  • Grips and strings are considered consumables and are not covered under the LN Protect Policy, and will not be replaced.


Shuttlecocks (Badminton Birds)

  • Shuttlecocks (feather or nylon) do not come with a warranty and are not eligible for replacement.


Bags, Kitbags, and Shoes

  • Warranty Period: 3 months (90 calendar days) from the shipping date by Li-Ning Studio.

  • Covered: Only manufacturing defects.

  • Not Covered: Damage from manual use, or wear and tear (e.g., shoes: soles and uppers).


How to File a Replacement Claim

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can file a claim for purchases from Li-Ning Studio.

Steps:

  1. Email support.id@lining.studio with photos and the following details:

    • Photos of the product and the area suspected of having a manufacturing defect.

    • Purchase Invoice.

  2. After receiving confirmation of your LN Protect Claim, send the product to the following address at your own expense:

  3. Once the product is received, the claim process will take 3–5 business days.

  4. If the claim is approved, we will ship the replacement within 48 hours of approval.

  5. If the claim is rejected, you must arrange the return of your product within 72 hours of rejection. If not collected within that time, the product may be discarded by Li-Ning Studio.

Li-Ning Studio’s decision on the claim is final and non-negotiable.
