RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Li-Ning designs shoes, rackets, and other gear to help you perform at your best. If a product isn’t functioning as it should, we’re here to help. Customers may return their orders within 14 days of receiving them at no additional cost, provided the following conditions are met:

Product Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and wrappers still attached.

  • Products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns cannot be processed.

  • If the product received by Li-Ning Studio is not in its original condition or does not comply with this policy, you will be notified, and the product will be held for 14 days before being discarded.

  • If you want the product returned to you, you must pay a return shipping fee of IDR 200,000 within 14 days of the notification.

Non-Returnable Items:

To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Rackets with custom strings/grips

  • Underwear

  • Sports bras

  • Socks

  • Wristbands

  • Towels

  • Shuttlecocks (Nylon or Feather)

  • Grips

  • Water bottles

  • Insoles

  • Personalized products

  • Badminton nets

What is the Refund Policy for Promotional Orders?

If an order placed during a promotion is returned, only the amount you paid will be refunded, not the current product price.

  • Cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped.

  • Personalized shirts cannot be canceled once purchased.

Refurbished Product Return Policy

Returns:

Refurbished products can be returned within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as received.

Warranty:

There is no warranty on refurbished products.

Authenticity:

We do not sell products that fail structural integrity testing.
All rackets and shoes undergo strict quality inspection.
All quality details and cosmetic defects are stated in the product description.
We are an official retailer and work directly with authorized distributors.
